The 4-star Golfe de St Tropez campsite is a haven of greenery and freshness in a 31-hectare park planted with cork oaks and hundred-year-old umbrella pines.. It sits on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, just below the typical little village of Gassin. The 4* Golfe de St Tropez campsite enjoys an exceptional location, giving you access to the most popular beaches on the Côte d’Azur (4 km from the Plage des Marines in Gassin, the beaches of Pampelonne, l’Escalet and Gigaro are 11 km away, and the D-Day landing beach is 7 km away). Visit the Village of Gassin, the most beautiful view of the Gulf of St Tropez: come and discover splendid panoramic views as you stroll through the narrow streets of the historic centre, and why not take theAndrouno, the narrowest alleyway in France! There are several water sports centres on the peninsula where you can enjoy sports and leisure activities such as sailing, paddle boarding, water-skiing, parasailing, snorkelling and scuba diving to discover the Mediterranean. Azur Park, a large amusement park just 2 km from the holiday village, is a delight for young and old alike. There’s also a little train that takes you on a tour of Gassin and Ramatuelle along the picturesque route of the Moulins de Pailhas, departing from the campsite every Monday morning in season. A cycle path 20 metres from the park will take you to La Croix Valmer along the old railway line. The many surrounding villages (St Tropez, Grimaud and Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle) are also magnificent places rich in cultural heritage to discover.
