You are buying the accommodation, not the land. Your mobile home or chalet is delivered, installed, leveled, and connected to the plot you have chosen, complete with interior furnishings and a terrace. An annual fee covers access to the village and its facilities. Water and electricity are charged separately, based on your individual meters.
Located on a classified campsite, a mobile home is exempt from both council tax and property tax. You can use yours whenever you like during the season, and rent it out the rest of the time. Our teams remain on-site year-round for maintenance and upkeep.
Spacious and shaded pitches, a garden to arrange as you like, and a whole village to share with the family during the season.
Pitches of at least 100 m², with trees and shade. Near the village centre for the lively atmosphere, or away from it for peace and quiet: you choose according to your wishes.
Plants, furniture, ornaments: the plot is personalized and becomes a true home away from home, where one finds one's bearings on each return.
During the season, access to aquatic areas, sports fields, children's clubs and the entertainment program of the 4★ and 5★ villages.

In Puget-sur-Argens, a 45-hectare estate of pine and oak trees, near Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël and the Estérel massif, 11 km from the beaches.
In Gassin, a 31-hectare park of century-old oak and umbrella pine trees, on a hill overlooking the gulf, 4 km from the first beach.

The accommodation is delivered, installed, leveled and connected, with its interior fittings, equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and terrace.
You are buying the accommodation, not the land. The plot is subject to an annual fee, the amount of which depends on the village, the size of the plot, and its location. Water and electricity are metered separately and billed separately.
Located on a campsite rated from 1 to 5 stars or on a residential leisure park, a mobile home is not subject to either council tax or property tax. However, a tourist tax of around €50 per year, depending on the park, remains payable.
The season runs from April to September. In July and August, the reception is open every day with extended hours. From April to June and in September, it operates on reduced hours.
Our teams are present year-round for the upkeep and maintenance of the villages. You can also entrust your accommodation to us for rental.
Yes. You retain ownership of your accommodation and resale is possible. The terms of the transfer must be discussed with the village management.
