The Montana Parc , a 4-star holiday village to follow the edition of Les Voiles de St Tropez

Les Voiles de St Tropez is a sailing boat competition. It is a regatta but not an ordinary race. Firstly, by its ceremonial framework. From the town of St Tropez to the famous sandy beach of Pampelonne, it is a marvelous coastline revealed by the Mediterranean Sea. On this subject, Montana Park is the ideal place to see it.
Also, it is a place where you can admire different boats. Specifically, racing boats, yachts, and slightly older ships. This is the pretext to discover various boarding models in a Mediterranean setting.

The history of the Voiles de St Tropez

The story begins one evening in 1981. Two sailors set themselves a challenge, to go around Nioulargo beach and arrive first in front of club 55, a restaurant located in the Gulf of St Tropez on Pampelonne beach. Every year since then, the skippers have competed on this same course. Following an accident, and a 4-year break, the Var regatta returned to the public under the name “les Voiles de St Tropez”.
Montana Park is a great place to observe the competition and welcome those curious about the maritime challenge.
